We took our family to lunch at Ariel's grotto to meet with the Disney Princesses. This is a must do for all little princesses. (ours is 5yrs)
Priority seating is highly recommended, particularly when the weather is bad as it was for us.
Our family was selected from the audience to become the honourary 'Royal Family' and welcome Princess Aurora in. It was a lot of fun.
While you are eating the princesses make their way around to the tables for autographs and photos. The princesses are very good at engaging young kids. The food is a set price 3 course meal for adults and a 3 course kids meal, both of which have several choices. Although reasonably expensive, the entertainment experience you get and the quality of interaction kids get with the characters is well worth it.
I also highly recommend the Alladdin performance in the California Adventure Park which is a funny and beautiful stage show.
